Founded by Ir. Mikael Soegiarto since 1986, then still existed as the second semester students of the Faculty of Engineering of Petra Christian University. Because the love & interest in the automotive field and a high desire to become an entrepreneur, capitalize only a garage (land only enough to serve one car only) and the inexperienced skill, daring Mikael establish an oil change service station with the name "MOTOR JAKARTA" located at Jl. Sisingamagaraja XII (d / h Jakarta, 31) because they are supported by family background who has a business in the field of transportation services.

With bright determination, enthusiasm for learning, commitment, not a quitter attitude & leadership "JAKARTA MOTOR" began to advance and grow into an oil change service station are well known in Surabaya and its surrounding communities.
Since the year 2003 to reform management, IT and HR, and changed its name to "CHEAP N CLEAN" and began to apply the concept of convenience stores (modern retail shop) where buyers can simply select the items sought by way of cash payment or by using a credit card. No oil change shop that did this before. With the motto: CHEAP N CLEAN, expected to price the customer gets the products / services that are inexpensive & fast service, clean & neat in workmanship.
CHEAP N CLEAN provide more than 25 famous brands of lubricants, batteries and famous brand products and supporting services. All products are guaranteed original and the best in its class according to your automotive needs. Prices of products / services offered are very competitive and supported by the skills and friendly attitude, responsiveness of the HR and IT should be adequate. In accordance with the vision & mission is CHEAP N CLEAN appreciate every customer to get satisfaction right with High Quality Standard.
Along with the name change CHEAP N CLEAN later opened his second outlet in the commercial, Park Gate C 1, CitraRaya (now moved to Lontar Raya 17, Surabaya). Because it uses the concept of the modern oil change service station, repair shop is in constant conditions NET (CLEAN) and comfortable, it's no wonder many women customers who come for the oil change at the outlet. 3rd outlet in the open in the center of the automotive block C-25 (Jagir Wonokromo) in June 2005, is a retail outlet as well as wholesalers. See the market response is good enough then the month in December of 2006 opened the fourth outlet at Jl. Raya Kupang Jaya 110 which is a co-branding with a car wash shop.
